Avril McIntyre, CEO, says:

"LifeLine has seen exponential growth over the last 8 years. We want to build on our experience thus far to develop models of innovative and effective practice.

We are increasingly confident in delivering services which recognise the important of the WHOLE person, WHOLE family and the WHOLE community.

There are many barriers which stop people who have become isolated or vulnerable from accessing services. LifeLine has a 'no wrong door' approach, so no matter why someone first connects, they will be able to access all relevant provision in a seamless way. The goal is to spark whole community change and that will always start with an individual, whether child, young person or adult.

We believe 'world class skills' should be an aspiration for all and our responsibility is to provide the opportunity. We will find ways of engaging those who might be less likely to enter mainstream provision and empower people, of whatever age, to reach beyond their current grasp.

We move forward with a drive to increase engagement, improve services and create opportunities which will empower people to transform their lives."
