LifeLine Youth Consultancy - VIP, Vision, Identity, Purpose

LifeLine's innovative Youth Consultancy promotes a sense of Vision, Identity and Purpose in young people. We provide positive activities that build a sense of community and work with those who are working with young people to facilitate this. In LifeLine's programme young people receive input from three workers, each of whom builds up a relationship of trust with them: a teacher, a 'personal coach' or mentor who helps the young person stay focused on what he or she is aiming for, and a project leader who helps them take an active part and increasing responsibility in an activity. Contact the Young Consultants (who are all young people) on 020 8597 2900.

LifeLine Institute

Mainstream school may not have suited you, or maybe you couldn't get a place. Have you thought about joining these other young people, who've found that the LifeLine Institute has sparked them to achieve qualifications that enable them to move on with their lives? Stuart's mother said this is the longest her son has attended school for years and that he is actually enjoying Maths! Contact HeadTeacher Grant Dixon to find out more on 020 8597 2900

Young Stars

If you're a young budding actor, singer or dancer then Young Stars is the place for you: Be involved in a production using drama, dance, music or creative writing at a weekly performing arts school for young people in years 7-13. For more information, and to book your place please phone Anne Smith on 020 8597 2900

Leaving Care?

You may be relieved or feel worried about leaving your care home, or be uncertain of your future. Maybe you already know what you want to do, but are not sure how to achieve it. Whichever it is LifeLine offers one to one information and guidance which helps you decide on which education and employment opportunities are right for you. We run workshops aimed at building confidence and developing life skills, and a mentoring service leading to a community leadership programme. Contact Lisa Kane on 020 8597 2900.
